standwithcastiel is a personal fundraiser. It is not a registered charity, a nonprofit organization, or a company. It is run by Castiel's parent to cover his medical treatment, care, and related costs. All updates about Castiel are shared by the family, including on our social media.
How Donations Are Used
Every donation made through this website goes toward Castiel's medical treatment, hospital costs, medicines, care, and related expenses. Donations are voluntary gifts made to support Castiel. They are not purchases, and they do not entitle you to any goods, services, or refunds.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. Your bank or card statement may show the payment going to the account that receives funds for Castiel. Please only donate what you can comfortably afford.
No Refunds
Because donations are voluntary gifts used directly for Castiel's care, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us at thielec778@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
